Versa 2 has stopped vibrating

Just stopped vibrating- not for reminders to move or for incoming texts and calls.  I didn't change any settings.

Hi @mgesh61 - it may have developed a fault but first try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Have you tried what @Guy_ has recommended?

To better assist you, please double check if your Versa 2 is not in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
