For me is plaing only right side of my huawei freebuds. What to do? Price 200euro for watch and 100euro for headphones and its not work!!! I can see here is a lot of problems with different types of connections with versa: notification,sync,music load,headphones... is it soft or watch should go to recycle bin?

Have you tried to remove your headphones and pair them again? You can see the steps here: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? Please check that your headphones are working correctly with other Bluetooth devices. Sorry for these inconvenience.

Thanks for confirming those steps @tiomka. What model of phone are you using? Users have reported those type of issues with older models.
Have you tried putting the device on the other wrist (preferably the same side as the receiver on the headphones).
