Seriously! Never a reply or fix. I was so enthusiastic about my versa fitbit. Encouraged others to buy. Now, since the last update I am so frustrated and unmotivated! The heart rate tracker does not work properly anymore. I can barley breathe and it will say my heart rate is at rest levels. It will work for 5 min, then drop. This is especially true with intense workouts. I tried all the suggested fixes. This is a problem for many. Time to find a new brand of watch? I won't be endorsing if this isn't fixed ASAP!!
