I was wearing it correctly, tight on my wrist. Made 20 burpees, my heart was pumping and the Versa 2 device was showing 69 bpm . Together with the sync issue the experience becomes very poor and it's annoying. I'm tired of restarting this device every 2 days. Versa 2 is waste of money.

Its not normally necessary to restart the device regularly. Also the Versa 2 has good heart rate measurement normally.
If its faulty probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Hi there @AnastasiaS, welcome to the Community Forums. We acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
Please note several factors can affect resting heart rate: stress, alcohol or caffeine intake, or fever usually raise resting heart rate, while regular exercise or meditation can lower it. Air temperature and certain medications can also affect resting heart rate. For more information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Regarding the syncing difficulties, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

I am having a similar problem. I start my workout and heart rate tracks properly, then around 8mins it just drops very low (from 150s to 110ssuddenly). Sometimes it recovers after 5 minutes, sometimes it doesn't. I'm not getting any kind of accurate information about my workout. I have tried everything, wearing it tighter, looser switching arms, resetting device, issue persists. I am returning this.

I am having similar problem too with my Versa 2 since last firmware update (35.72.1.9). Reached out to helpdesk several times - all they asking me is to restart the tracker or reset. In my last conversation, the helpdesk person is asking me to sync the device and wipe the sweat while exercising - Can you believe it??? Either fitbit messed up in their last update or the tracker is faulty. I am going to test one more time this weekend. If no change, they I am going to return the tracker.
