Hi,very frustrated and disappointed consumer. After seeing all of the posts, tips and troubleshooting articles on reviving my versa Fitbit, looks like my only solution is to buy a replacement after a little over a year of no problems.

the device just has been deteriorating over the course of the past year.

If there is anything else to resolve the issue, that would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi @Becckka, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the unresponsiveness issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Finally, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Looking forward to your response.

Hello.

I have done all of the steps in the article as well as charging on an individual outlet with just the Fitbit charger. And finally I also charged the Fitbit for several hours with no results.  My s FitBit did not respond.
