The versa 2 my husband got for xmas is showing resting heart rate in the 90s and has been like this since he first set it up. We’ve tried updating and factory reset and it hasn’t worked. This is a brand new Fitbit and I’m seeing others talking about it with no fix.
Right, they've been promising us a fix for nearly two years. It started with the original Versa. If you search you'll see several threads on the subject.
For a partial fix try wearing it higher up on the arm.
