Versa 2 heart rate / light sensor not working, the symptoms are:

  • Green light isn't on
  • Won't track heart rate or sleep

I have attempted troubleshooting but no luck:

  • Power on / off the devices
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled app
  • Reupdated devices

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I should also state, this has happened for a few months now. One day it had stopped working, and hasn't since.
