I have had my current Versa 2 for less than 6 months. Last week, I noticed that my heart rate was not updating. I have tried all the advice I can find online. I have reset my phone, reset the Versa, I have toggled the setting, and done the update. I don't know what else I can do. This is very irritating. I was really enjoying the device.

I'm really annoyed as well - week three of heart rate working like **ahem**! Everything was fine before and just switched one day. All the stats and workout progress are now useless, wish Fitbit would address this issue, rather then sending standard answers...
