Versa 2 heart rate sensor not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I haven’t used my versa 2 for a few months - it has been in a bedside drawer. Last time I used it, all worked as expected, now I have come to use it again, the heart rate sensor won’t work. I’ve tried all the usual resets, factory reset, all settings are switched to on… has this happened to anyone else?

Same issue and I've been a Fitbit fan for years.

Having the same problem.... I have tried all the things recommended... I even factory reset. Jogging on the treadmill and it told me my heart rate was 109 🤦‍:female_sign: ever since I switched my account over.. my fitbit no longer works like it did.

Didn't try the factory reset and fromwhat you say it's probably not worth
the try. Mine hasn't been working since I switched to Google. Currently,
very disappointed with Fitbit after being a very loyal customer for many
years. Good luck! Maybe they'll do an update.

If this response is a duplicate, please ignore.  I was looking further into this Fitbit issue and I noticed that when I swiped the clock face up, all my readings were there.  So my problem was with the clocks?  I then went to the clocks in the app and my seemed to be deleted automatically.  Anyway, reinstalled the clock faces that I wanted and seems to be working OK now.

Unfortunately not a clocks issue - I’ve got nothing in there or on the app, the lights on the physical sensor aren’t even coming on!

I was hoping it might help as seemed to fix the problem. Not overly happy
with Fitbit at this pont in time. Again, good luck.

Mine also...  Been with Fitbit since 2013...  This sucks and no response from Fitbit as to what's happened?!?!?!

I've noticed sudden spikes and drops over the past few days.  While sitting at my desk, I've noticed that my heart rate has been 124 one minute and 76 a few minutes later with no noticeable difference in how I feel.

Hi everybody! I'm sorry to hear that your heart-rate reading doesn't appear on your Fitbit. Thank you for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to correct this.

Please check help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

@SK270, I'm glad to hear that intalling clock faces that you wanted did the tick for you.

Currently, I don't have any news regarding an update to correct this.
