I haven’t used my versa 2 for a few months - it has been in a bedside drawer. Last time I used it, all worked as expected, now I have come to use it again, the heart rate sensor won’t work. I’ve tried all the usual resets, factory reset, all settings are switched to on… has this happened to anyone else?
Having the same problem.... I have tried all the things recommended... I even factory reset. Jogging on the treadmill and it told me my heart rate was 109 🤦:female_sign: ever since I switched my account over.. my fitbit no longer works like it did.
Best AnswerLet's hope 🤞 I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and I am beyond disappointed. Nothing works like it did. Good luck to you
If this response is a duplicate, please ignore. I was looking further into this Fitbit issue and I noticed that when I swiped the clock face up, all my readings were there. So my problem was with the clocks? I then went to the clocks in the app and my seemed to be deleted automatically. Anyway, reinstalled the clock faces that I wanted and seems to be working OK now.
Best AnswerI've noticed sudden spikes and drops over the past few days. While sitting at my desk, I've noticed that my heart rate has been 124 one minute and 76 a few minutes later with no noticeable difference in how I feel.
