The heart rate monitor isn’t working on my versa 2.
I have tried a hard reset and this hasn’t worked. The green lights aren’t working on the watch either.
please can you help?

I am having same issue with versa 2 not indicating heart rate. First noticed dec. 21st. Been investigating troubleshooting techniques ever since. Checking wrist placement and fit tightness, Cleaning, turning off and on heart rate monitoring on device with no success. Shutdown device would only provide momentary heart rate response, but would go away shortly after. Greenight would flash upon restart after a shutdown, but would go unresponsive shortly after. Now lights are not responsive at all. Device is one year old. Been holding off on factory reset until just moments ago, and still no response. Can someone help me?

I have the same issue. Tried all the reset steps suggested with no luck. No green light on the monitor. Please advise. Thank you!!
