My Versa 2 has now twice displayed wrong time-about 40 minutes. First time, after 5 syncs it finally corrected. That was about 5-6 weeks ago. Now same issue and I have synced multiple, deleted the device and re-connected it, deleted the app itself, turned off WiFi and Bluetooth and back on, reset device countless times using side button, turned off time zone auto. Sync takes an exceptionally long time since installing the O2 face. Have also changed back to a more simple watch face and synced-nothing.
Need this corrected somehow

Hi @MIpiJohnson, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa 2 it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.
However, this may also also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.
