I am running a MAC on High Sierra 10.13.6.
I am unable to log into Fitbit Connect in order to install music onto my Fitbit Versa.
I am using the same username and password that I use for my Fitbit App on my Android phone. I keep getting an error message saying "An error occurred and please try again." I have tried installing and uninstall Fitbit Connect. I have tried changing my password. I have tried logging in with Facebook or Google but I get the same error message. I would appreciate any suggestions or fixes.
