My Versa 2 is currently running 30 minutes behind actual time. I did a reset and synced it and neither of those helped with the issue.

Hello @TaylorTribe

If syncing and restarting didn’t resolve the problem I’d look to make sure your settings in the Fitbit App were not accidentally altered. Open the Fitbit App, tap profile picture then scroll down and tap App settings then time zone. Make sure your time tone is correct or make adjustments as needed. If you make any changes make sure you sync to have your Versa 2 accept those changes. If the time zone is already correct turn off Set Automatically, sync, then turn back on and sync again. Going the same route as above to enter the App Settings this time tap location and ensure it too is set to automatic.
if the problem isn’t resolved try turning your Bluetooth off, restart your phone then turn your Bluetooth on again.
Hopefully this helps. Please let me know

I tried all of your suggestions and it still did not work. power on, power off, forced synch, bluetooth on/off, . My Versa is still 1/2 hour off on time and will not synch. I've hooked it up directly to my laptop hoping that may spur it along. Any other ideas??
