Versa 2 is Frozen

Cannot turn off, will not charge, will not sync. I've tried to troubleshoot, but cannot figure it out. When I hold the left button down it does nothing. The Fitbit logo is the only thing blinking on the screen?? I just got this a few weeks ago and this is the first problem I've encountered. Please help.

If you read all the other posts this appears to be an issue with the new firmware. I've got the same issue with my versa2 SE. Locks up and runs slow, unresponsive and resets.

So how do I fix it?? Any ideas?

I've managed to fix mine by going back to an earlier firmware. The 70.7.14 firmware seems to have an issue. I factory reset mine and used my Windows 10 PC to update the device using bluetooth instead of my phone.
