Hi guys. I’ve had my Versa 2 for almost 2 months now and I got quite addicted to checking my sleeping stages and heart rate and I noticed something that worries me a little bit. Since I first got it, every single night my heart rate increases a lot (first thing after falling asleep) very suddenly and drastically keeps going up and up, forming this kind of a “hill” and then usually after half hour-one hour it starts dropping back down. Here I attach a link to the only article where I found something quite similar to my heart rate: https://blog.ouraring.com/heart-rate-during-sleep/
it’s the last pattern, the hill one, however the only difference is that my heart rate usually keeps going up much more drastically and for shorter period of time than on this picture. My oxygen level during night is always perfect, I do not snore, and no matter what - whether I had a drink before or wherever I was completely relaxed before going to sleep, it happens every single night.
thank you

I am getting this same pattern consistently. And I have tried limiting food, exercise and alcohol before bed.
My pattern usually looks like this. Heart rate increases when I fall asleep and stays there a couple of hours before falling back down.
The increase in heart usually overlaps with Deep sleep.
