I’ve had my versa 2 since Christmas 2019 and I’m not a swimmer. Probably gone 2-3 times since owning it. Today, I went for a 30min leisure swim and now my watch is dead. Condensation is in my watch. Logged an issue with Fitbit and was offered 35% discount on a new product. Why would I purchase again when their products don’t work as advertised?? Already online looking for a new Apple Watch. Looking forward to switching to a company that stands behind their products and treats customers with more respect. Very disappointed

Bummer! I swam all summer with mine and never had an issue 🤷🏼:female_sign: I do agree that their customer service sucks though!
