Versa 2 is acting odd

The screen of my versa 2 went black a few days ago. It still vibrated and tracked my steps/heart rate. Given that my screen doesn't work I can't do a factory reset. Now it started vibrating non-stop. Only if you keep the butten pressed in long enough it stops, but after a few moments it starts vibrating again without stopping. It also won't synchronise with the app anymore. Please help as I now have a watch that I can't use to tell time...

Hi there, @Versa-user776. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Since your Versa 2 is not responding to anything, I suggest performing a factory reset by following the steps below:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

Afterwards, you can follow the steps to set up your Fitbit device How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
