I brought my watch last april, it’s now crashes and turns off. i have turned wiping it and down loading soft wear again. But it still isn’t working. i have lost my recipe! is there anything fitbit can do to fix it?

Hi @SunsetRunner if you bought with a credit card, you should have a receipt. Have you tried doing a restart of the device itself?
