Versa 2 won't hold charge and my experience with customer service

I purchased a Versa 2 November 2020 but I did not receive the device until Jan 21, customer service kept apologizing saying shipments were delayed but they did not offer anything else.

Once I got it, the Versa 2 worked fine for about 8 months then it suddenly stopped holding charge after the recent update. Because I still have the warranty customer service offered to replace it but first I have to send mine back. Once it's received, after 7-10 business days I get another device that is NOT even new, it is going to be "refurbished" and the warranty is not extended. I sent mine back last week and I am yet to hear back from customer service. 

So once again, even though I have paid for a fitbit, I would not have the actual device for at least a month and the one I will be getting is not even new! I've had different fibits for several years now but because of poor service, this is going to be my last one.

It has been 10 days since I sent my device back and so far I have not heard anything back...
