My Fitbit versa 2 will not allow me to swipe on the screen at times. It performs functions on its own (will start a work out/set an alarm/ etc.), will not allow me to click on any apps/features, moves back and forth very rapidly between several displays, and powers off randomly. (It’s now currently stuck on the power up screen that displays the Fitbit symbol.)
I have stopped the rapid screen motion by holding down the Side button, and allowing the screen to go black. I’ve also let the battery completely drain and then recharged the watch.
Anyone else having this problem?
NEXT DAY UPDATE: The unit does not cut on. It no longer works after 10 months. (Exact same lifespan of my versa lite also)
