Versa 2 is completely dead

I found my misplaced Versa 2 after a year.  It sows no signs of life after being on the charging - doesn’t vibrate when the side button is pressed and held. Any ideas/can it be serviced?

You haven't used the device for several months, and it won't turn on.Leave your device plugged in to the charging cable for at least 30 minutes.

 

A year is quite awhile so I’m not confident that it can be jolted back to life to be honest. But, giving it a try certainly doesn’t hurt. I suppose leaving it charged for a bit to see what happens. Also, look closely at the charging pins and the contacts on the back of the Versa 2 to make sure they are clean so a good contact can be made in an attempt to bring it back to life.
