Versa 2 is locked

Hi,

 

My Fitbit versa 2 is saying unlock with phone. I do have a pincode, but I never keyed it wrong, and certainly not more than 10 times

 

When I go to the Fitbitt App and Tap on Device Lock, I get the following message:

"Oh no! your Versa 2 is permanently locked because you entered the wrong PIN too many times. If you continue, we will delete the Wallet and lock your Versa 2 settings. Please contact customer service for further support."

 

My Fitbit is still syncing, how can I regain access to my Versa 2?
