  • Just opened my brand new versa 2. Trying to setup and it wont connect to anything. Keeps saying try again and to check bluetooth settings on device but the device wont change from the "download Fitbit app" screen. Yall.... HELP.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on your phone.
