My Versa 2 is losing steps! I have read through the other comments and it looks like this is a known problem. I have tried all of the trouble shooting techniques and each time my Fitbit syncs it takes steps away. It is also not saving that I wear it in my dominant wrist….it keeps switching back to non-dominant. I am a runner and tonight I had 11,500 steps….but when I tried to sync my app with my United Health Motion app, it showed I now only had 5400 steps. This is very frustrating…..especially because I get a dollar added to my United Health motion program each time I hit my step goal. Obviously since my Fitbit is removing my steps, it will not show my true step count and I will therefore miss out on another dollar being paid into my HSA acct. for hitting my daily step goal. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MegMan.
Thank you for the information provided.
Our team is aware of the wrist setting not working properly on the Fitbit app. Once any update be available it will be communicated as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can set your dominant wrist from the online Dashboard. Visit this link, click your Fitbit Versa 2 con and go to Wrist.
If you have linked your Fitbit account to a third party app, please make sure the information logged on their side is not overriding the data recorded by your Fitbit watch.
Whether you have manually logged any activity on your Fitbit account, please make sure the time doesn't match the time you were running with your Versa 2. You can delete any manually logged activity to see if the missing steps show up.
