I own 3 fitbits in 4 years. First two were charge 2. The last one is charging but screen is black. Less than two years ago, I got a versa 2 that stopped charging recently so I purchased a new charger.. It kept charge for about 2 weeks then went dead. Now I am without a working watch. I take good care of my versa 2...not even get it wet even though it's waterproof to an extent. Customer service was not able to help and I was told I'm out of warranty but was offered 20% discount towards a purchase. Clearly, I'm not happy with Fitbit products
