Versa 2 is not responding

My Versa 2 is dead , is not working.. I have bought this 3 months back.. I cannot see anything happening on watch.. screen is black..

Hi @Manujain Try restarting the Versa 2 several times and also try a factory reset. If neither of these revivie it then you will need to contact Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
