Versa 2 is not syncing all my data

My Versa 2 has stopped syncing.  The only thing that is updating are my calories. Sleep, steps, everything else is not updating. Any advice please?

In this case, I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1629328243738.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.45 iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
