Just got the Versa 2, set it up with no real issues and it worked well for a little over 24 hours and now it isn't syncing!! No error messages. Nothing, just "Last sync yesterday". I have rebooted the Bluetooth. If I have to start restarting the whole device like I had to do with my Versa before the pushed update broke it, I am going to demand my money back. It isn't even 2 days old!!

Thank you! My Android version is newer, but I followed the steps as best I could and now the Versa2 is connecting again. This is the only constant issue I have with these devices. Blaze, Versa and now Versa2. Thanks for the tip

I believe I may have isolated why this was happening to me. I discovered that Versa 2 does not like being paired and connected to multiple devices at the same time. I didn't realize that my Surface Go was also paired and connected with the Versa 2. I also have the Fitbit app on my NUC Desktop computer but not paired. So I unpaired the Surface Go with my Versa 2 and no more issues on my Android phone. So, the Versa 2 is paired with the Android phone and the Versa 2 sends the information to the phone via the Fitbit app. The app is updated with the latest Versa 2 information and displayed on all my windows devices through the Fitbit App without them being paired directly with the Versa 2. Maybe this will work for you.

Thank you @Tribikn1 . I just replaced my old Samsung S4 with a S10e and couldn't get my Versa 2 to sync with it. It would still work with the S4, so as you suggested I turned off the bluetooth on the S4 and what do you know, it now syncs with the S10e. It definitely does not like to be synced to more than one device at a time. Thanks again.
