Versa 2 is not tracking my data

My watch is not doing my steps and cals and miles and is sync to my phone but is not showing any of my activities on my app eg steps,miles,cals,excersice.ive reconnected it,I've reboo

Hi @Kezzap - sounds like your watch is not syncing. The first thing to try is to logout of the app and restart both watch and phone and try to sync.

Update: I've logged out and then back in and reconnected to my phone and still not done it,I'm getting texts and messenger and it's telling me I need to move but not logging anything.
