The app says that it is syncing, but my steps and what not are not counting on my watch...but they are in the app.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My issue with versa 2 is not tracking correctly suddenly stopped few months ago it's not even a year old . My usual walk of 4 miles only pulls half data and looks like I walk in straight lines across water
