Versa 2 is not tracking anymore.
the first time was 2 weeks ago, then I updated everything.
know it’s not working again.
what can I do more?

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if your Versa 2 is not tracking your data on the device itself or the data is not updating on the Fitbit app? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to rectify the issue?

Maria, there has been major loss of functionality on the app for well over three weeks now. Why has there been no acknowledgment or communications to users? There’s multiple threads - and what they all have in common is no response from any of the staff.
