Versa 2 is not working

My Versa 2 has stopped working.  The screen will occasionally light up, but it is stuck on steps.  Will not let me access apps.  It also disconnects and I  get the Fitbit logo. Not sure how to restart or factory reset.

Hi @MaryFaz , do you use a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to a Clock Face developed by Fitbit. If no, call Customer Support asap, regards kuzibri
