My fitbit will not sync to my phone keeps telling me No device found I have all up dates. Was connected but for 2 days now won't connect I have stylo 2

Hi @Stikgirl , your Mobile Device is not listed in the by Fitbit supported devices, yet. This does not mean you cannot use your Versa with the Fitbit app. If you have a Windows 10 PC, install the Fitbit app on your PC, add your Versa to the BT devices of Windows 10  and you can sync your Versa with your PC. Only mishap is that you're not able to install other Clock Faces or Apps, but for the rest it works fine. regards kuzibri
