My versa 2 has been restarting all week. I can’t navigate it at all. I’ve factory rested it already still no response. I’ve been using my versa for a year and a half now.

Hi @hindalhajkhalil, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is restarting by itself randomly. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I’ve actually contacted the support team and they gave me instructions on how to do it. Except it didn’t work my watch kept restarting all week
