Hi there @RB42, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 isn't showing the correct time, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for your time and efforts in troubleshooting the issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
If you haven't done so yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.
Let me know how it goes.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I am having the exact same problem. My watches time is 27 mins off and now will not fully sync to my Fitbit app.
I have went through all 9 troubleshooting tips as described here https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866.htm?Highlight=sync
Nothing is working. It seems to update my steps and sleep but will not fully sync so that my clock is back to the actual time. It is extremely inconvenient that the basic functions of my Vesa 2 as a watch is apparently doing everything expect telling time...
I know my phone meets the minimum operating system requirements- I have iOS 14.2, just updated today.
I hope this issue is looked into further and soon. I use my Versa ever day and have many alarms set to it that cannot be used at this moment since the time is inaccurate. I have been having troubles syncing for a few weeks now (SUPER slow sync process) but have just let it slide since everything would eventually work out but it's been two days now without a full sync.
I'd love the help/support of someone at Fitbit to look into these issues further as I suppose I am not the only one affected.

Dear Fitbit, these solutions are not working. I have updated and restarted my phone and fitbit multiple times. I have followed the bluetooth directions multiple times but none of them are working.
Please look into the issue and send us some real solutions. It is very frustrating!

My Versa 2 is 2 3/4 hours behind since I charged it. Everything else is okay, mit seems. I have followed all directions from this site, but it is stubbornly stuck on the wrong time.
this is my third Fitbit, and will be my last. Including this one, I’ve had 2 watches that failed in this timeframe, and one that only lasted a year. I’m completely done with this brand.

My Versa 2 is having the same issue. It is 44 minutes behind, and losing more time each day.
I have checked that my phone is compatible and the FitBit app is updated.
It was working fine until last week.
My Versa 2 does sync with the app, but that doesn’t fix the issue with the time.
Please give information on this issue and provide a fix or a replacement.

My Versa is a few years old never had any issues till a week past Sunday I first lost 15 mins now it can be hours looses lots more through the night I can’t use it as an alarm which is really frustrating as I prefer it to an alarm clock ringing in my ears in the morning. I have to constantly try sync it to get the time to change only for it to loose time within a few hours. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and have now been given a discount code to purchase a new Fitbit ordered it Sunday to find out today my new order is on back order & only looking at a possible dispatch December not all that happy

I have same issue and came here. I did try everything but did not work and finally turn off my phone bluetooth and turn on, it works but my today's record was gone.
