How to reset the time on my fitbit.  Went to clock on screen and it does not go up, down, or anything?

You can't manually set the time, but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

Hi there, @Goldenage. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As @SteveH has mentioned, your Versa 2 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

Versa 2 appears to sync fine with a fairly quick data transfer but it remains about 4 minutes behind the lap top time.  Laptop time is within 1 minute of real time.  Small issue I know but still a little annoying.

Thanks for your response.  I think I will just live with it as I don't think there is an easy fix..  I will just add on 5 minutes to the fitbit time display.  Just for further info the sync usually works fine with the versa 2 on the charger and starting the fit bit app on the PC windows 10 when it is at 100 % charge.   Time is set for automatic updates on GMT London time. I still like the versa Hugh 🙂
