I noticed this morning my main clockface was not showing up, so I reset my device. Clockface came back, but since then the time is several minutes behind. It was 4, now 7. I’ve reset multiple time, re-synced, plugged into charger, reset Bluetooth connection, changed time zone, and changed type of clockface. Any ideas?
Update: I got it. I deleted my FitBit app on my iPhone then reinstalled it. Synced my watch and it’s back to normal. Ugh.

Hi there, @mmcghehey. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the steps that worked for you. I'm glad to hear you managed to solve the issue. I understand where your concern was coming from and how you must be feeling.
Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I would like to invite you to visit our Health & Wellness where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members.
Happy stepping!
