Versa 2 is showing the wrong time

I went out of town, and it changed the time zone and it won’t change back. I went to settings and none of the options for the time zone are straight forward. I live in central standard time zone, can someone please tell me what to select for this time zone? All the options in America are like America/guatemala or America/costa rica or America/another country. This is beyond frustrating, and customer support chat was no help.

Hi there, @brookehuval11. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still showing the wrong time. I understand how frustrating this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, may I ask if you already synced your device? Please note that the time will be wrong if your Versa 2 hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
