Versa 2 is tracking too many steps

So I've had my Versa 2 for about a year. It's step counter has been horrible . I've contacted Fitbit and they just tell you to do the same things over and over. It finally got a firmare update yesterday. I thought it might help, Its still giving me thousands of Xtra steps. It's ridiculous. Help.

Hi @Deetz37  - do you by any chance have MobileTrack installed too?

 

To check, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and see if it's listed as a device next to the Versa 2, if so remove it. (Click on it and the dustbin, top right)

No I don't. I've tried everything. I take my watch off at night and I'll
wake up with 200.steps before ive touched it, and no I don't have it on
something that's moving or vibrating. Thanks anyways 👍🏼
