Just received a versa 2 for my birthday and when I went to charge it there was nothing. No lights came on, no battery % indication. Nothing. Just wondering if the Fitbit battery is completely dead when you get it and does it need to sit on the charger for a while or is the Fitbit defective? Thanks!

Hi there @Hazer0421, welcome to the Community Forums. 

Does your Versa 2 vibrate when you connect it to the charger? If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the steps provided in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
