Why is my Versa 2 not Zincing properly?? Please

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I think things have become very confused. I know I am, and extremely frustrated.
I am no longer enquiring about the syncing of my Versa 2. I have accepted this can be somewhat sporadic but eventually it does sync!!

My issue is the Sp02 clock face.

: I have this clock face on my watch, I am looking at it now yet when I go into the
health metrics it has read all the other sections but NOT the SPO2 and suggests
Downloading the clock face. Duh?

: It worked well for couple of weeks but not for the last two. FGS, WHY?
I really would appreciate some finality on this subject. I loved my Versa which was my third Fitbit, and which my daughter bought me for my birthday in August but this is now so irratating!
