Hello I am in need of some help. My versa 2 has started to play up. I have been trying some of the trouble shooting advice and still not having much joy. I have been performing the soft reboot to try and clear the problems and then I have been left with it not turning on at all even tho it is showing its fully charged. Yesterday I did manage to get it on after yet another soft reset and manage to get to the settings icon but once I got in the watch crashed again and was unresponsive. Is there anymore that can be done to solve the problems I am have.

These things are pure trash. Mines went out as well and the customer service manager stated that its not fixable and its out of warranty so they can send me a replacement. I will never purchase ANYTHING FROM FIT BIT ever again

I purchased my device 2 years ago for $300, along with that I purchase other device as gifts for my family. The product that was sent gave me issues from day one. I have had to have this device replaced multiple times. So a few days ago i update the device and it goes blank. After trying to revive the device, nothing happened. I reached out to customer service which is located in GOD KNOWS WHERE city limits and talk to a manager who doesn't understand anything I'm talking about, which is very frustrating. He kept saying the device is out of warranty, use the discount to get a new one. I bought this 2 years ago. The first series of the apple Iwatch is still working properly that was purchase many years ago. This is unacceptable. I may never get my money back. I may never get a replacement watch because I refuse to repurchase anything from fitbit. However, God is watching everything and he sees the what's going on at this company when it comes to those updates and people being scammed out of their money. I know it wont be long before fitbit is out of business due to all the funny business. This is horrible!!! I pray that God has mercy on you all. Good day.
