Versa 2 is unresponsive

I have my Fitbit versa 2 for less than a year and it will not work at all turn on won’t do anything won’t even sync

@DarkFlier - presumably you checked it is charging, by connecting it to a computer port.

 

Give it 2 Hours and try again.

 

If you did a factory reset it could also stop it working.
