My Versa 2 stopped working about a week ago exactly. I chatted with someone who told me to clean it and the charger, then make sure the charger USB was plugged into a good plug, did that. Then connect the Versa 2 to the charger and let it charge for 30 minutes or more. I have pressed the on switch for more than 10 seconds after charging and nothing happens. The screen is still black. I can't even get a fitbit sign to flash across the screen, it was doing that before it stopped working. What's next? Can I send it back to you?
