I don't receive notifications on my Fitbit from my phone. I bought my Fitbit 3 days ago. The first days the messages from my phone came through to the Fitbit. But not since 2 days. When I look in the settings, it says that I have to restart my phone to see the messages again, but restarting does not work. I already went through the entire help page and tried a lot. But no results so far. Does anyone have any tips?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue. Have you checked if you have a compatible phone? If you haven't, I recommend checking this by taking a look at the help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
