After my update, the clock doesn't work right and does show any data- steps, calories burned, etc. I've restarted the versa and checked all the settings and it still doesn't work. All I can use is the analog watch face as the other clock faces won't show up on the screen.

Hi @Debann24 - your watch may have a fault but try double tap on the screen and then swipe up the watch face and see if the watch is recording stats, steps, HR etc. in the Today app, if not it may have a fault.
Also you can sync with the Fitbit App and see what's being recorded.
To make sure that works see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
You mentioned an update, what was that update doing?
