I had a Versa 2 and it stopped working so I got a new one. Now I notice that my new one won't do things that my old one used to. For instance, when I used to get a Facebook notification on my Fitbit, I could click open and it would open that notification in Facebook on my phone as long as my phone was unlocked. Now it won't. I used to be able to get notifications that I had a text but now I can't. I will get every notification under the sun from Facebook, Gmail, Insta, etc but not that I have a text. Sometimes it doesn't even vibrate when I have a call coming in.
I have tried several things to correct this but nothing seems to work. Please help.
