Since 1/22/2023 my Versa 2 has quit tracking my heart rate and active minutes. It was activated 6/30/2020. I have the latest firmware, have tried all recommended fixes, including a factory reset. I’m using an iPad and IPhone 12. When I shut it down and turn back on it appears that the green sensor works initially and the heart rate is working. Than it stops.

Hi @Willyb160 - others have had a problem too, it may be related to the most recent firmware. However if you have factory reset it did you try running with the standard clock face to see if there is a difference. And not what action makes it stop record heart rate.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with other workarounds.

My Versa 2 has Heart Rate stopped working, sleep tracking and now active minutes. Called Fitbit we did complete factory reset. I have repeated x 2 factory reset and it keeps getting worse..New no active minute tracking. Frustrating as this is reason for having a fitness tracker. Help
