Versa 2 issues

My versa 2 is less than 1 year old. It won't swipe, It won't do a factory reset, it's frozen, and the battery lasts only 1 or 2 days.

Also, sometimes it will not since.

Help would be appreciated.

Go to profile then click device then track to bluetooth
