Versa 2 just NOT syncing

Fitbit app on my Huawei P20 Pro and on my desktop computer.

I have tried EVERYTHING listed to get it to sync

1. restarted my phone

2. restarted the versa 2

3. turned bluetooth off and on again

4. turned versa off and on again

5. charged the versa

6. restarted my phone again

7. tried syncing it through the desktop computer by signing in to fitbit there

 

NONE of this has worked. It has been connected and working fine since I upgraded from charge 3 back at the beginning of February 2020. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I fix it?

Thanks in advance for any time and suggestions in regards to this post ... I am out of ideas myself

Have you tried stopping the app from the phones setting, or cleared the Fitbit apps cache?

I tried everything. I finally just removed the versa 2 from my fitbit app,
restarted my phone, then went through setting it up back into the app. I
lost Monday and Tuesday info but it synced
